At Alpha Animate, we believe in keeping things simple so you can focus on creating. We don’t complicate your workflow with tiers, seat counts, or audience limits. We offer one single, all-inclusive Commercial License that covers all of your project needs.

What You Can Do (Permitted Uses)

Our license grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the video assets in your projects for an unlimited number of times, across any platform.

• Unlimited Audience & Views: Broadcast or stream your finished projects to an unlimited number of viewers. There are no caps on traffic, views, or impressions.

• Full Broadcast Rights: Valid for use in television, film, streaming platforms (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), social media, and digital advertising with no extra clearance fees.

• Client Work & Commercial Projects: You can integrate our video assets into a project or video edit and sell that finished product to your end client.

What You Cannot Do (Prohibited Uses)

While our license gives you immense creative freedom, it is designed to protect our original digital artwork from piracy and redistribution.

• No Reselling or Redistribution: You cannot resell, sub-license, share, or redistribute our video assets as stock footage, templates, or standalone files, even if you modify them slightly.

• No Extraction: Your end clients or viewers cannot extract or rip our raw video assets out of your finished project for their own independent use.

• No Standalone Claim: You cannot claim ownership or copyright over the raw, unaltered video assets provided by Alpha Animate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to renew this license?

No. Once you acquire an asset from Alpha Animate, your commercial license for that asset is perpetual. It never expires, and you never have to pay recurring royalties.

Can I use one video asset for multiple clients?

Yes! As long as the video asset is embedded inside a completed project or edit, you can use it across multiple projects for multiple distinct clients.

Do I have to give credit to Alpha Animate when I use the video?

Attribution is highly appreciated but not required. You are completely free to use our assets without placing any watermarks or credits in your final video.
