All individual video purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Subscription or membership payments are refundable only if no videos have been downloaded using the membership access.
Because our products are digital downloads, we cannot revoke access to files that have already been downloaded. However, we understand that issues can occur, and we aim to treat our customers fairly.
